RC DTF Prints


At RC DTF Prints, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all of our customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on your location, shipping method selected, and package size.


Domestic Shipping

RC DTF Prints currently ships to all addresses within the United States.

If you require special delivery instructions or have a preferred carrier, please contact us before placing your order.


International Shipping

At this time, RC DTF Prints does not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services in the future.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Delays

RC DTF Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier office.

  • Contact us at royce.austin579@gmail.com within 5 business days of the delivery date.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • RC DTF Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.


Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local pickup may be available in Fox Lake, Wisconsin.
